Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we experience inner peace in the midst of worldly turmoil. This elusive inner peace is what attracts so many people to meditation and is a quality everyone can benefit from.



I have been a practitioner in Kaiama energy therapy since 2001. It is a simple method of healing but has powerful results. I first consult with the client to eliminate what is happening in their life.

Showing the use of exercise that everyone can do regardless of age, time and space.

To create an environment and awareness in departments of education, hospitals and prisons, to create a  good philosophy and principles towards better health.

To make a better future healthier for our younger generation by adopting good health and healthier living enabling them to be empowered.

To build bridges between communities and generations and social divisions by establishing a health environment that creates a better understanding towards diverse cultures, generations, social environments and religious beliefs.

To educate local communities about establishing a healthy life style that includes diet and exercise choices.
